Terms of Engagement
Your access to the Circuit Collab platform or our consulting services implies consent to the following terms.
1. Services
Circuit Collab delivers fractional customer success oversight, tactical implementation, and advocacy for nonprofits and businesses. Delivery specifics, costs, and project milestones are defined within individual client proposals.
2. Service Agreements
Every engagement necessitates a written contract (such as an email from angee@circuitcollab.com or a signed bid) detailing scope, deliverables, scheduling, and specific payment parameters.
3. Payment Terms
Costs and billing schedules are set per agreement. Typically, strategic work requires divided deposits, while hourly projects are billed as finished. Invoices must be paid within fifteen days. Overdue balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest. To discuss billing, contact angee@circuitcollab.com directly at any time.
4. Project Timeline
Stated timelines are professional estimates based on standard project flows. Real-world completion dates fluctuate based on stakeholder responsiveness, the speed of platform access, and any shifts in project scope or requirements.
5. Client Responsibilities
Our partners commit to providing access to stakeholders and systems, replying to info requests promptly, and reviewing all milestones. Success requires a designated lead to manage communication with angee@circuitcollab.com.
6. Scope Adjustments and Notices
Any deviation from the initial plan must be documented in writing and may undergo fee or timeline adjustments.
7. Intellectual Property
Following payment, clients gain ownership of custom assets like training guides or manuals. Circuit Collab maintains rights to proprietary frameworks. We may feature anonymized successes in marketing with your express permission via angee@circuitcollab.com.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain a strict code of privacy regarding proprietary data. Neither party will disclose sensitive business operations or data shared during the lifecycle of the engagement.
9. Liability Limitations
Our financial responsibility is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in question. No liability is assumed for any consequential or indirect damages.
10. Termination
Contracts may be ended by either party via written notice. Upon exit, clients pay for all progress made, deliverables are handed over, and eligible refunds follow our standard refund policy. Contact angee@circuitcollab.com for exit processing.
11. Warranties
We perform all services to professional industry standards. Note that we provide strategic guidance but do not promise or guarantee specific revenue or growth results.
12. Indemnification
Each party resolves to protect the other from legal claims that arise due to their own negligent acts or direct misconduct.
13. Governing Law
These regulations are governed solely by the legal statutes of Missouri, USA.
14. Terms Updates
We may update these policies. Revised versions go live here with a new date. Questions? reach out to angee@circuitcollab.com.
